Recently, I work at English Institution as an English teacher. As a novice, I have to go through several teaching training stages. Each month, the course is designed for teachers in developing teaching skill including grammar construction, game settings, reading comprehension, and composition. It takes days and days practicing. For me, the most difficult part is to get up early on the scheduled day. But I think it is worthy.

Usually, people are informed of information concerning to the weather forecast through broadcast, newspaper and the internet. The land scale of the America is too sizable, nearly containing all types of weather； therefore, the hot weather in Los Angeles may be contrast to the one in New York which is humid, cold and rainy day.
Natural disaster occurs annually ,especially earthquake , tornado , flood and hurricane. Every county and every state all has spacial group for specific disaster. If serious disaster happened, national guard will serve the assistance and also do the federal government. Seriously affected citizen can retrieve disaster insurance from the government. Numerous people insure accidentally disaster insurance such as flood , fire insurance and earthquake insurance. If serious disaster occurs internationally, that would be effective help.

Future perspective
As I believe that I will definitely major in English in the future, I do my utmost to sharpen my English ability so as to be admitted in National Taipei University of Technology. I will choose the department of foreign English for the professional teaching skills and wonderful environment there. When it comes to learning English, although now I have passed some English proficiency tests and get some certificates, I still practice it every day in order to keep familiar to it. Besides being proficient in English, I also expect that I can pass FLPT as well as TOPIK during my university school life. Furthermore, to broaden my horizon, I will seize very opportunities to study abroad and experience different culture life. Finally, after entering the society, I want to get a job related to my profession. I will make every effort to realize my dream.

With an active and enthusiastic personality, I make lots of friends easily, participating in a variety of school competitions such as English writing contest, drawing competition, singing contest, dancing performance and so forth. During the process of preparing competition, not only did I do my utmost to win the highest prize but learn how to deal with difficulties by myself. Besides, with an active personality, I am fond of playing volley ball game with my friends after school. Therefore, it help my has a good relationship with our classmates as well as friends from the other departments of out school. Furthermore, little did I know I would be voted as a chief of general services, handling all the money raised from the class. Even though I have never been in such service before, I have learned a precious experience from this. Also, I sharpen my skill in coping with trivial things at school, knowing how to deal with everything through this experience. To sum up, my school life is cheerful and filled with happiness.
