  I study in Tainan Commercial Vocational Senior High School, majoring in English. Since I was a child, I have been eager for being capable of speaking English, communicating with foreigners fluently. Therefore, I did my best level to strengthen my English ability by listening English songs, reading English newspapers, watching English programs. By doing so, I gradually progress myself in English, realizing my  dream, being admitted to the school and study at Department of Applied Foreign English. During the process of my senior high school life, I took the General English Proficiency Test and passed the intermediate level.
  With an active and enthusiastic personality, I make lots of friends easily, participating in a variety of school competitions such as English writing contest, drawing competition, singing contest, dancing performance and so forth. During the process of preparing competition, not only did I do my utmost to win the highest prize but learn how to deal with difficulties by myself. Besides, with an active personality, I am fond of playing volley ball game with my friends after school. Therefore, it help my has a good relationship with our classmates as well as friends from the other departments of out school. Furthermore, little did I know I would be voted as a chief of general services, handling all the money raised from the class. Even though I have never been in such service before, I have learned a precious experience from this. Also, I sharpen my skill in coping with trivial things at school, knowing how to deal with everything through this experience. To sum up, my school life is cheerful and filled with happiness.

My name is Linyi Shen. I was born and raised in Tainan. I am now a senior high school student majoring in Department of Foreign Language in Tainan Commercial Vocational Senior High School. Having a good personality, I am easy to get along with. There are four members in my family. Since I am the eldest child, it makes me an independent, responsible and mature person. As a result, I have to take care of my brother and do chores in daily life. Luckily, my brother who is a freshman in senior high is considerate as well as intelligent. Getting alone with each other, we occasionally hang out shopping together and playing puzzles such as Sudoku, monopoly and Tetris etc. Both of my parents take charge of private business to support our family income. They work diligently without complaining about their daily routine. I am fortunate to be born in such warm as well as pleasure family.
